Remote clients, local support
Clear communication wherever you're based
We often work with clients who aren’t local to the area. If you're relocating or working to a fixed schedule, we can run your build with regular updates and key-stage meetings. You don’t need to be on site every week to stay in control of your project – we’ll make sure you’re always informed and confident in the direction and progress of the build.

Modern Methods of Construction (MMC)
Build systems to suit your site, budget and goals
We use a range of building systems and can advise on what works best for your site and design. Our experience covers both traditional and modern construction methods:

Timber frame
Pre-manufactured and quick to assemble, timber frame offers excellent thermal performance and build speed. Internal and external trades can work in parallel once the frame is up, saving time and cost.

SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels)
High-performance panels factory-built to exact tolerances and installed on site in around 7–10 days. SIPs offer strong thermal efficiency and create a solid structure that speeds up internal works.

ICF (Insulated Concrete Formwork)
We prefer ISOTEX blocks, a dense and practical ICF system that allows for straightforward fixing of interiors. ICF offers excellent thermal values and is ideal for homes needing robust performance.

Traditional cavity wall
Still used in some projects, especially where familiarity or matching with existing materials is a priority. We’re experienced in traditional builds, but always evaluate if it’s the best value for the brief.
