Outline planning for four residential detached homes
Currently in the purchasing process, we are purchasing this site with outline planning permission for 4x residential detached homes in this popular Somerset Village.
The site will consist of a new access road brought in off the Lane running adjacent to the site. This will provide access to a small exclusive development of detached family homes with generous gardens for a new build development.
We will be building these using a high performing timber frame with Solar Panels, EV Charging points and heated with Air Source Heat Pumps.
We expect to be on site with this in the Spring of 2026 and completion by Spring 2027.
